Competition Number Two- Quotes!

This is my second competition so far. Not many people entered my last one, so I have made this one easier and quicker to do.

For this competition you have to find a quote from your favourite book and post it into the comment section below. The quote can be funny, serious, thrilling, anything you want! The winner will get to choose from two brand new books which I send to you… Pretty cool, huh? The two books are yet to be confirmed but the age range will be for young adults. You will also get it posted on this site, possibly with a review of the book that the quote was from! The runners up will have their quotes posted up. It will only take you five minutes at the most so please enter!

1. You are allowed to choose 1-3 quotes, no more. If you are doing more than one quote, please fill out separate forms for them:
2. Please post your quote/s in the comment section below in the form as this example:
Name: The Sweet Review
Quote: ‘…….’
Where the quote was from: …… by …..
Why you picked the quote: …..
3. The deadline for this competition ends on the 15th of June, so please don’t send your entry after that date.
4. When I have chosen the winner, I will post who it it and my email address. When I have done this, please send me an email stating your address so I know where to post the book.
5. I will put a poll up saying the two books names. Please vote which book you would like so everybody who has entered can vote.

Just post your entry/ies below. Thank you! I will post the winner and the runners up by the  20th of June. Thank you again, and get writing!

  1. BookFangirl 📖 says:

Quote: “And in that moment i swear, we were infinite.”
Where the quote is from: The Perks Of Being A Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky
Why you picked that quote: Because it’s inspirational and sometimes people DO feel infinite.

  2. BookFangirl 📖 says:

Quote: “Being fearless isn’t the point. That’s impossible! It’s learning to control your fears and being free of them.”
Where the quote is from: Divergent by Veronica Roth
Why you picked that quote: Because it is true and, also, very inspirational but it also teaches people that fearlessness doesn’t exist and that people who are “wimps” aren’t because everyone has their own fear.

  3. BookFangirl 📖 says:

Quote: “Some infinites are bigger than other infinites.”
Where the quote comes from: The Fault In Our Stars by John Green
Why you picked that quote: Because it’s so thoughtful and can mean so much that you get lost in the phrase and it’s a quote that makes you think outside the box.

    | box | <———Outside the box XD

  4. sassybookworm says:

Quote: I love you more than there are words or stars, I love you more than there are thoughts and feelings, I love you more than there are seconds or moments gone or to come, I love you.
Where the quotes comes from: Noughts and Crosses
Why you picked that quote: Often we say the phrase “I love you” but without realising the complexity of those three words, and this quote represents how we describe the true meaning of “I love you”.

  5. Joshua says:

Quote: ‘Time is like water, it finds its own levels…’
Where the quote has come from: The Fire Ascending by Chris d’Lacey
Why you picked the quote: It is a mystical and magical quote that can be interpreted in many different ways and produces questions from the reader e.g. is it talking about time itself or the events that happen in time?
