As you probably all know, World Book Day has ended. But, not many people have bought the short books with their vouchers yet, so I thought I would review a couple of them: The Boy in the Smoke by Maureen Johnson and I Am Nit (not a typo) A Loser by Jim Smith. The whole list of books are here:

The Boy in the Smoke by Maureen Johnson (YA)
I Am Nit A Loser by Jim Smith (5+)
Hello, Hugless Douglas! By David Melling (2+)
The Midnight Picnic by Lauren St John (7+)
Rock War: The Audition by Robert Muchamore (YA)
Little Book Day Parade by Emily Gravett (2+)
Fun With The Worst Witch by Jill Murphy (5+)
Horrible Histories: Terrible Trenches by Terry Deary and Martin Brown (7+)
Middle School: How I Got Lost In London by James Patterson (9+)
Jack Pepper by Sarah Lean (9+)

I will review some of them shortly.
